I am currently developing this training program for practitioners, space holders, caregivers .. it represents the culmination of all my experience and teachings professionally and personally. It is not just for bodyworkers, but for anyone working with others in a therapeutic setting.

I am working on content, but will feature four main themes/teachings when working with clients:

Somatic - the body and nervous system

Energetic - spiritual considerations when working with clients

Trauma-Informed - when it shows up, what you can do

Embodied - you as the container of safety and grounding, holding space
