De-Armouring Massage Therapy

​My Massage Therapy work is called "De-Armouring",as it gently and over time:​​

​

*reduces the rigid body structures through the muscle, fascia and connective tissue

*releases and discharges trapped emotions, stress and trauma

*is trauma-informed with safety being the number one concern

 

​I do this utilizing a combination of physical hands on massage (or Craniosacral) with gentle inquiry into body sensory awareness (what you see, feel, etc). This completes the mind-body integration that is necessary for structural change.
