Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports trauma release, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.​ It can be performed on any part of the body, not just the head. I specialize in the resolution of trauma through CST.

When we are in the womb, we are just a "fluid body". CST has the ability to reach those early fluid templates, and rebalance, restore and allow the living intelligence of the body to self-heal.

I recommend 8-10 sessions to achieve change in the body.
