About the event
We will begin with some active Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathing or Circular Breathing), which can help to shift what needs to be shifted in your body, mind and emotions, through the power of your own breath. This Breathwork is vigorous, and is known to create the opportunity for cathartic releases from your physical and emotional bodies, in addition to spiritual experiences.
We will then transition into a grounding Inspired Drum Healing & Journey, for you to continue to shift and heal, or receive the wisdom and guidance you need.
No previous experience necessary.
Cautions for breathwork:
a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pace-maker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
