About the event
**What is The Somatic Connection Lab?
-This is a daily 1-hour LIVE group somatic coaching program delivered via Zoom, Monday to Friday.
-On weekends there will be replay videos and special meditation sessions or breathwork recordings.
-This is a membership program - you can cancel at anytime pre-billing date. You will be billed on a monthly basis.
-Participants can join with camera on/off, and a replay library is included in your subscription.
-Each day has a theme, building and ongoing each week, with an overall monthly themed progression.
